Dual Credit Information

 

GCCISD will pay for fall or spring tuition, fees, and textbooks for students pursuing a career in any Associate of Applied Science degree or certificate in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs not offered by the district, such as Process Technology. Students should have already completed any pre-requisite requirements or recommendations listed in Course Crosswalks links below before beginning any college program of study. Students must meet pre-requisites and grade requirements to qualify for fee payment.

Computer Maintenance A.A.S.
(Requires completion of Computer Maintenance & Computer Technician Courses)

Instrumentation A.A.S. 
(Requires completion of Electronics)

Industrial Instrumentation Certificate
(Requires completion of Electronics)

Logistics and Supply Chain Management A.A.S.
(Requires 80+ in Business Information Management and Social Studies)

Process Technology A.A.S.
(Requires a grade of B or better in Algebra and Chemistry)
