About Me

I am a product of GCCISD and could not be prouder of that. I attended Alamo Elementary, Cedar Bayou Jr., and Robert E. Lee High School. I then attended the University of Houston – Clear Lake and earned my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2015 and then later earned a Masters in School Counseling from Lamar University in 2018.

This is my 17th year in education, all of which have been in GCCISD. I taught for 161/2 years in grades 1-3 in all core subject areas. I was honored to be given the opportunity to become Clark’s counselor in January of 2021, giving me ½ a year in a counselor position.

Family means everything to me and when surrounded by them, I am the happiest. I have 3 amazing children who mean the world to me and who I enjoy making memories with. I love napping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends in my free time.

At Clark I thrive on building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community that will impact our students to their greatest potential. Character guidance lessons will be taught monthly and group sessions, as well as individual counseling sessions, will also take place as needed. I look forward to this amazing school year and cannot wait to get to know you all.

At Clark Elementary, we teach about Character through Guidance lessons, group and individual planning meetings. Please see link below: Harris County Community Youth Services Directory:
