    Hosting a Meeting with Computer & Join with iPad to Share iPad Content in Meeting

    This video will how you how to host a meeting using your computer/laptop and then join with your iPad to share iPad content in the meeting.

     

    If using this method, you will need to disconnect your iPad Audio or you will get feedback. Click here for instructions on disconnecting iPad audio.

If you click on the Cisco WebEx tile in the myGC portal, and it returns to the myGC portal instead of opening WebEx you will need to do the following:

  • If your participants are reporting voice distortions from the teacher/host, follow these instructions to check the Microphone access (Click here to view in new window): 

      

     

    If your participants are reporting no audio from the teacher/host and you have your Promethean Board connected and in use, follow these instructions to check the Microphone access (Click here to view in new window):
