    Hosting a Meeting through the Promethean Board & Join with iPad to Share iPad Content in Meeting

    This video will show you how to host a meeting through your Promethean Board and then join with your iPad to share iPad content in the meeting so both your students in the classroom and in the Reconnect room can see you present on the iPad.

     

    IMPORTANT: The iPad cannot airplay to Apple TV & Share Screen in WebEx at the same time, therefore, you must follow these instructions if presenting a lesson on your iPad. Click here for instructions or watch the video below.

If you click on the Cisco WebEx tile in the myGC portal, and it returns to the myGC portal instead of opening WebEx you will need to do the following:

  • If your participants are reporting voice distortions from the teacher/host, follow these instructions to check the Microphone access (Click here to view in new window): 

      

     

    If your participants are reporting no audio from the teacher/host and you have your Promethean Board connected and in use, follow these instructions to check the Microphone access (Click here to view in new window):

NOTE: Virtual backgrounds CANNOT be set when participating in a WebEx meeting using your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc).
