How Does Educational Technology Play a Role in Your Classroom?
I use education technology in my classroom everyday. I use Desmos as a learning tool and independent practice. I use Quizizz as a fun, competitive way to review concepts. I also use education galaxy as a way for students to review standards.
How Do You Find Technology in the Classroom Helpful?
Technology is helpful in the classroom because it makes learning more fun and interactive.
What Is Your Favorite Piece of Classroom Technology? Why?
My favorite piece of technology is Desmos because it is versatile. It can be used as in interactive piece where students can interact with other students during a lesson. It can be used for independent practice where the students get immediate feedback. It can be also be used for formative and summative assessments where I get immediate feedback on my student's work.
What Is On Your Technology Wish List For Your Classroom? Why?
I would like to have a classroom set of stylus pens for my students to use to help them work on their iPads better.
What Do You Love Most About Teaching?
I love interacting with students and making a difference in students' lives. I love to help students feel more confident.
