My role at IMPACT: Spanish 1 & ST Language/Culture
My philosophy about education: My enthusiasm for teaching should reflect back on my students. I want to make my classes exciting, inviting, and a safe atmosphere for teaching and learning. Every student is unique in their own way.
My work experience: 3 year Bilingual Para, 3 year Certified ELA Teacher, 3 year GCCISD Substitute, First year Spanish 1 and ST Language/Culture Teacher.
A little something about me: I love spending time with my family! I have 6 grandsons, 1 granddaughter. I belong to a church family at Revive Church. I love to sing karaoke, visiting family in Brownsville Tx. and Matamoros Mexico.
What I want you to know about IMPACT ECHS: As a first time teacher at IMPACT, I am overly blessed at the warm, caring atmosphere that evolves within this campus. All the students are respectful, and eager to learn and do their best! IMPACT students and staff are amazing!
Interesting facts about me: I’m a cake decorator, Seamstress, Floral designer, and love to crochet!My favorite things are Ladybugs, Cardinals. My favorite colors are Pink, Red and PurpleIt makes my day to see my students leave my classroom happy and ready to come back. I start my day praying in the parking lot for each and every student, coworker and administrator. I also include everyone in the surrounding districts as well as GCCISD.I LOVE MY NEW JOB!
