About Me

Hello Bulldog families! My name is Hannah Westmoreland, and I'm excited to be your child's nurse. I have been a nurse for 13 years, including the past 7 years in a school setting. I earned my Bachelor's of Science of Nursing from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. When I'm not at work, I stay busy with my three active boys. I am grateful to be part of this campus and look forward to supporting a safe, healthy, and positive learning environment for all students. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

¡Hola, familias Bulldog!. Mi nombre es Hannah Westmoreland y me entusiasma ser la enfermera de sus hijos. He ejercido la enfermerí durante 13 años, incluyendo los últimos 7 años en un entorno escolar. Obtuve mi Licentiatura en Ciencias de la Enfermería en la Universidad de Texas Medical Branch en Galveston. Cuando no estoy trabajando, me mantengo ocupada con mis tres hijos, que son muy activos. Agradezco formar parte de esta escuela y espero contribuir a un entorno de aprendizaje seguro, saludable y positivo para todos los estudiantes. Health Services Forms & Resources

I would like to welcome you all to the Bañuelos' Clinic. Below you will find some helpful reminder to assist me in maintaining a healthy campus this year.

Your child must be fever free (without the use of medications) for 24 hours before returning to school. Temperatures of 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit and higher are considered fever.
Your child should also stay home if they have any of the following:

Vomiting
Diarrhea
A body rash with itching or fever
A bad Cough
Active head lice
Eye/or Eyes with redness, itching, and/or crusting

Teachers have been given first aid bags so that they can manage manage minor issues/injuries in the classroom.
Over the counter medications will need a physician's order to be administered int he clinic this year.
If your child is under the care of a health care provider for a health condition, please notify the nurse. All health service forms (medication permission form, action plans, special dietary accommodations) can be downloaded and printed from home - Click on Health Services Forms & Resources button above.
All medications must be brought to the clinic by parent/guardian, unopened, in original packaging, with prescription label (if applicable). A Medication Permission Form must be filled out as well.
Please ensure that your child always has a change of clothes in his/her backpack (K-5th).

Les doy la bienvenida a la Clínica Bañuelos. A continuación, encontrarán algunos recordatorios útiles para ayudarme a mantener una escuela saludable este año.

Su hijo/a debe estar libre de fiebre (sin el uso de medicamentos) durante 24 horas antes de regresar a la escuela. Un temperatura de 100.0 Fahrenheit o superior se considera fiebre.
Su hijo/a también debe quedarse en casa si presenta alguno de los siguientes síntomas:

Vómitos
Diarrea
Erupción cutánea con picazón o fiebre
Tos intensa
Piojos activos
Ojo/Ojos con enrojecimiento, picazón o formación de costras.

Se han proporcionado botiquines de primeros auxilios a los maestros para que puedan atender problemas o lesiones menores en el aula.
Los medicamentos de venta libre requerirán una receta médica para ser administrados en la clínica este año.
Si su hijo/a está bajo atención médica por alguna afección, por favor notifique a la enfermera. Todos los formularios de servicios de salud (permiso de medicación, planes de acción y adaptaciones dietéticas especiales) se pueden descargar e imprimir desde casa. Haga clic en el botón "Health Services Forms & Resources" (arriba).
Todos los medicamentos deben ser traídos a la clínica por el padre/tutor, sin abrir, en su envase original y con la etiqueta de la receta (si corresponde). Tambiéen se debe completar un formulario de permiso de medicación.
Asegúrese de que su hijo/a siempre lleve ropa de cambio en su mochila (desde preescolar hasta quinto grado).
