Serving as the Academic Dean at Liles Early Learning Academy is a true honor. During time as an assistant principal in Klein Independent School District, recognition as a Blue Ribbon Leader reflected a commitment to student-centered leadership, academic achievement, and strong instructional practices rooted in collaboration and accountability.

A strong background in curriculum and instruction includes service as a Teaching and Learning Coach in Goose Creek CISD, an English and ESL teacher and instructional coach in Pasadena Independent School District, and an adjunct professor at San Jacinto College. Holding school administrator certifications in both Texas and Michigan allows for a broad and diverse perspective on educational leadership.

Dedication to instructional excellence and data-informed decision-making guides work in supporting teacher growth and student success. Ongoing professional learning includes participation in leadership development opportunities, international conferences, and districtwide professional development. Leadership has extended to campus and district initiatives that strengthen student engagement, leadership development, and community partnerships.
