I am Loretta Acreman, Robert E. Lee High School’s Lead Counselor and 12th grade counselor. I am excited to begin my 16th year in education, 11 years as a classroom teacher and department chair and 5 years as a counselor . I received my Bachelors in Mathematics from University of Houston Clear Lake and my Masters in Counseling from Lamar University. I am proud to be part of the Gander Family and look forward to another year with the class of 2021!

Hi Everyone!! Mrs. Kujawa is really excited to be the 11th grade Counselor. I have a Bachelor’s in Science in Psychology, Master’s with a Focus on Young Children with Disabilities and Master’s in Counseling. I obtained all my degrees from the University of Houston Clear Lake. I am starting my fourteenth year in Education and my sixth year as a Counselor. I Look forward to a wonderful school year and being the counselor for the class of 2022! Go Ganders!!

My name is Kristin Reyes and I am so excited to start my first year at REL as the 10th grade counselor! This is my tenth year in education and will be my fifth year as a counselor. I previously taught ELA and ESL in both middle school and high school. I graduated with a Masters in Counseling from the University of Houston Clear Lake and have both a school counselor certification and a licensed professional counselor license. I look forward to serving our students and families of the Class of 2023!

Hello everyone! Mrs. Shaunice Pitre-Casey is excited to be the 9th grade counselor here at Robert E. Lee High School! She has a Bachelor of General Studies degree with a minor in Forensic Chemistry, a Masters degree in Educational Administration, and a Masters degree in School Counseling. This will be her 15th year in education, with 9 years as a middle school science teacher, and 5 years as a middle school counselor. This is also her first year as a high school counselor and she looks forward to working with every 9th grade student on the road to graduation! Class of 2024 here we come!

My name is Nallely Carmona Peña and I am the college & career counselor at Lee High School. I attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake where I received my bachelors in bilingual education and masters in school counseling, with an additional bilingual counseling certification. Before coming to Lee, I spent eight year as a bilingual and Spanish teacher in elementary and high school. I began my counseling career at South Houston Intermediate in Pasadena ISD. Now, I’m proud to call myself a Gander! I’m really excited to begin my second year at Lee and make it the best year yet for all!

My name is Evelyn Yepez-Vera and I am the College &
Career Clerk here at Baytown Lee High School. I am a graduate of Pasadena
High School but have many ties to being a Gander. My dad, uncles, aunts,
cousins, friends and even my husband are graduates from this fine school.
I enjoy working with the students that want to further their education and I
find this position to be very fulfilling and rewarding. I look forward to
another year working with a great group of seniors. Go Ganders!
