San Jacinto Elementary was home to my three siblings and I throughout the 90s. After almost 30 years, I am honored to be back in my home, San Jacinto Elementary.
I am a proud product of the community I serve. As a Goose Creek alumnus, I attended San Jacinto Elementary, Baytown Jr, and Ross S. Sterling. After graduating Ross S. Sterling, I attended Lee College for 2 years before transferring to the University of Texas at Austin where I obtained a bachelor’s in Economics with a minor in Government. In 2012 I attained a master’s in educational leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Since 2005 I have served our Goose Creek students and families in various capacities, including as a Substitute Teacher, Elementary Bilingual Teacher, Family Involvement Coordinator, and Elementary and Junior High Assistant Principal.
It is the honor of my life to serve as your 2021 – 2022 School Principal. I look forward to working hand-in hand with our families, community, and teachers to ensure high levels of success for all our Students.
