About Me

Mrs. Longorio has been in education since 2001, serving at both the campus and district levels before joining the staff at Cedar Bayou junior School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. As an educational leader, Mrs. Longorio believes that the core purpose of education is to foster growth — in students, teachers, and the entire learning community. Every child has the potential to succeed, and every educator has the capacity to continuously grow in their practice. As a leader, she works to create and sustain an environment where both can thrive.
