A Baytown native and Ross S. Sterling High School Class of 2004 graduate, I bring over a decade of experience in Goose Creek CISD as a classroom teacher, athletic coach, and SPED department chair. I've served at both the junior high and high school levels, and my leadership is rooted in servant leadership—focusing on integrity, accountability, and building strong relationships. As an Assistant Principal, I am committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-achieving environment by empowering staff, supporting students, and collaborating with families to ensure success for all.
Ms. Kinnisha Joseph is proud to serve as the 7th grade Assistant Principal at E.F. Green Junior School. A Baytown native and graduate of Goose Creek CISD, she attended Alamo Elementary, Cedar Bayou Junior High, and Robert E. Lee High School. After graduating from Lee, she earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin.

With 14 years of experience in education and entering year 15, Ms. Joseph brings a strong foundation of leadership and instructional expertise. She has served as a classroom teacher, Math and Science instructional coach, and assistant principal at both the elementary and secondary levels.
