Welcome to the Gentry Library!

I have been in education since 2002. After graduating from Texas A&M University in December 2002, I began my education career in Tomball ISD in January 2003 then moved to GCCISD in 2004. I taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade Reading/Language Arts before earning my Masters in Library Science from University of Houston Clear Lake and taking the role of librarian. I have also served as a Technology Integration Specialist with GCCISD's Educational Technology Department.

Being a librarian brings me such joy! I am excited to be at Gentry and to build the love of reading with all our Mustangs! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. #MustangsRead
