About Me
Greetings Carver Stars!!
I consider it an honor and privilege to serve the students and families of Carver Elementary as the Campus Student Success Specialist.
As the mother of three GCCISD students (two GCCISD GCM graduates and one in jr. high), I have a firm belief in the importance of promoting positive and productive home/school relationships.
I have worked in elementary education in GCCISD my entire thirteen-year career. I taught kindergarten, first grade, and fourth grade students before becoming the Campus Student Success Specialist and served in this role for the past nine years, first at Travis Elementary and now at Carver.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree of Human Services at the University of Phoenix, and I am a Special Education and Gifted and Talented certified educator.
I am extremely excited to serve our Carver community, and I look forward to assisting our families as we work together to build strong relationships and enrich lives through the gift of lifelong learning.
