District wide "Best of Show" winner for Junior High was Guadalupe Torres (8th grade)

District wide "Gold Medal" winner for Junior High was Azalea Barboza (8th grade)

Both of these art pieces will be on display at the Houston Rodeo in their Hayloft Gallery!! 

8th grader Joseph Mendoza was also recognized  with a "directors choice" award at our local show. 

 

The HJS Students of the Month are 6th grader Faith Mbizi, 7th grader Jeremiah Hernandez, and 8th grader Daruis Bryan.
