About me
In 2021, I joined Goose Creek CISD as a Student Support Administrator at Clark Elementary. I joined Victoria Walker Elementary in 2022 as Assistant Principal and was honored to become Principal in 2024. I bring over a decade of experience as an educator and instructional leader, beginning my career in Galena Park ISD, where I served for eight years as both a classroom teacher and a campus instructional coach for grades K–5.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Educational Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and my Master of Education in Educational Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. My experiences as both a teacher and instructional coach gave me a strong foundation in curriculum, instructional leadership, and data-driven practices, which now guide my leadership at Victoria Walker Elementary.
I believe that a collaborative school environment is essential for success. Building strong partnerships with staff, parents, and the community allows us to create a culture of excellence where all students can thrive academically and socially.
