Highlands Elementary PTO 

Highlands Elementary PTO is dedicated to enriching our school environment through collaborative projects involving teachers, staff, students, and families. From library murals to innovative water filtration systems, we strive to foster a supportive community. Our initiatives, like book fairs and house parties, are vital for funding these projects.
