Lisa Vavricka brings over a decade of experience in education and a passion for academic excellence to her role as Academic Dean at Stuart Career Tech High School. As a Jack Kent Cooke Young Scholar and College Scholar, she earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Notre Dame, where she double-majored in Political Science and Psychology. She later received her Master’s Degree in Educational Management from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.
Lisa began her career in education as a 7th grade English teacher before advancing to serve as an Assistant Principal at the intermediate level. Her commitment to student achievement, innovative learning, and future readiness led her to Stuart, where she now supports students and staff in shaping meaningful, high-impact educational experiences.
As Academic Dean, Lisa is driven by the belief that the right opportunities can transform a student’s life. She is proud to be part of a campus that offers students college coursework, industry certifications, hands-on experience, and a supportive network—all of which contribute to a fast track toward a successful and fulfilling future.
“The opportunities at Stuart are nothing short of incredible. I’m honored to help provide students with the knowledge, certifications, real-world experiences, and confidence they need to take bold steps toward the future they deserve.”
