Before attending Point Alternative you must schedule an orientation to meet the campus Principal, Student Support Administrator or Counselor to discuss the Expectations and guidelines of GCCISD DAEP campus. Point Alternative schedules orientations in thirty minute intervals. Point’s orientation schedule is as following:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 
6:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

1:20 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.


We will not schedule an orientation without the student’s placement paperwork. We don’t have any control on when the Home campus will send the placement paperwork so when scheduling orientation it’s imperative to make sure we have that paperwork.
