1. Eat mostly GO foods!! Baked or Grilled is always better with yummy FRUITS and VEGTABLES, 100% Juice and WATER, NO added SUGAR or BAD FAT

 

2. Eat fewer SLOW foods Baked chips, canned vegetables and poultry, animal crackers, fruit bars, cheese

 

3. Eat even fewer WHOA foods FRIED FOODS, Doughnuts, Candy, CHIPS, SODA, Sports Energy Drinks
