Mrs. Siddiqi

Welcome to the
Crockett Elementary Library

Welcome to the Crockett Elementary library page! My name is Asma Siddiqi, and I'm the librarian here. I have a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Library Science from Sam Houston State University. Before I became a librarian, I was an 8th grade English Language Arts teacher. I became a librarian because I wanted the opportunity to make a positive influence on all of the students in school.  I look forward to making the library an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. If you have any questions about the library or the library program, please don't hesitate to contact me. The best way to reach me is through Parent Square.
