I have worked for Harris County Community Youth Services for the past 23 years as a Bilingual Youth Service Specialist. I have extensive experience working with children and their families. I worked for 10 years in Galena Park ISD and I have been with Goose Creek CISD for the past 13 years.
I have a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and a master's degree in Social Work from University of Houston – Main Campus.
I spend time with my two boys cooking homemade meals for them. I love to sing and dance. I am happy to be serving the Ashbel Smith Community, working and advocating for our students and families to make sure that they have the tools to reach academic success.
