Calling all Patriots! Reveille is Monday, August 26, at 6:00 p.m. in the competition gym! Admission is FREE. Come be a part of the fall season kickoff. Hear the band and choir, watch the Dazzlers and cheerleaders, and meet the officers and varsity athletes. Don't miss Reveille!
PSAT: If you are interested in taking the PSAT, a National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Exam, stop in to the College & Career Center and sign up with Ms. Haggerty. The cost of the exam is $20. The test will take place during the school day on October 16, 2019. The deadline to sign up is September 12th.
College Application Night: Attention, Seniors! The first College Application Night will take place on August 28th in the College & Career Center from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. If you have any questions, see Ms. Haggerty in the College & Career Center.
ASVAB: Are you thinking about going into the military after high school? If you are, the College & Career Center will be offering the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test on October 17, 2019, during the school day. Please find the QR code posted on Main Street or stop in to the College & Career Center to sign up. The test is FREE.
Fashion Club: Calling all aspiring models, designers, stylists, photographers, make-up artists, and bloggers! Fashion Club will be holding its first meeting in Ms. Baker's room SW115 on Tuesday, September 10, at 3:50 p.m. If you have a passion for fashion and all things trendy, we would love to have you!
Technical Student Association (TSA): Are you interested in competing in Career and Technical Competition events like computer programming, robotics, photography, CAD, architecture, writing, engineering design, fashion design and merchandising, video game design, marketing, and much, much more? There are over 35 competitions to choose from! The Technology Student Association will hold its first meeting on Thursday, August 29, at 7:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. We will be discussing the year and officer elections. Coffee will be provided. The meeting will be in Mr. McGregory's room SW121. All current TSA members need to attend and bring 3-5 friends that are interested!
Interact Club: First meeting of the year will be Wednesday in room 506. We will hold nominations for this year's officers and discuss upcoming volunteer opportunities for service hours.
