About Ms. Harris

Ms. Harris spent 16 years at Milby High School in Houston ISD before joining the Goose Creek CISD family. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Houston in Psychology with a double minor in Mexican American Studies and Spanish. She later went on to receive two master degrees, a Masters in Business Administration (University of Phoenix) and a Masters in Educational Leadership (University of Houston). She has spent the last 8 years as an Assistant Principal and loves learning new things.

Ms. Harris has a strong core belief that all students can learn and should be afforded the opportunity to learn. She believes that it takes the whole community working together to ensure students realize success.

“I am fortunate and grateful that GCM chose me to be a part of their leadership team. It is my obligation to serve the students, parents, and the learning community. I look forward to helping create opportunities for students to learn and grow.”
